This is an appeal from an order entered in the Criminal District Court of Dallas County remanding appellant for extradition to the State of Illinois to answer a charge of murder.

The Governor's warrant and duly authenticated supporting documents authorized the extradition of "Antonio Martinez aka Robert Gomez" and the State rested after offering such instruments in evidence. Thus the State made out a prima facie case...
