In this court-tried case, respondent Western Casualty and Surety Company, was granted judgment upon appellants' petition, which in general alleged that a paltry settlement of a minor's claim for personal injuries occasioned by electrical shock was fraudulently procured by Western in conspiracy with its agents and its insured.
