As a result of various difficulties encountered by the plaintiff with a new Triumph automobile purchased from the defendants in 1971, plaintiff brought a civil action in the Chittenden Superior Court. In an eleven count complaint, she charged the defendants with breach of express and implied warranties in the sale and servicing of her automobile; negligence and/or gross negligence in the service and repair of the same; intentional injury to her property...
