Snyder, Councilman of the Fourteenth District of the City of Los Angeles, on behalf of residents of said district, and by the City of Los Angeles seeking an injunction to restrain the City of South Pasadena from "closing" or barricading a certain street in the City of South Pasadena, on the ground that such action is not authorized by law.
