MacLAUGHLIN, Justice.

Defendant appeals from the denial of his motion for judgment n. o. v. or, in the alternative, for a new trial. We affirm.

This case arises out of a collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff's decedent and one driven by defendant. Plaintiff's decedent was dead at the scene of the accident, and defendant and his wife both claim to have no recollection of the details of the accident. There were no other witnesses to the accident...
