On rehearing, and after additional oral argument, we revisit these two cases which we now consolidate.

Appellants were jointly convicted of felony murder and robbery arising out of the same episode, the victim being the same person in each charge. Factually, the robbery herein was a purse snatching from a 75 year old woman who as a result thereof fell and fractured...
