The plaintiff, Edna Cook, commenced this action against the defendant, Joseph L. Askew II, to establish paternity and to obtain support for her two children born out of wedlock under the Illinois Paternity Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 106 3/4, par. 51 et seq.). The trial court sustained the defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint on the basis that the suit was not brought...
