In this suit on a personal services contract, H. L. Obermiller sued Emmord's, Inc. to recover for accounting services rendered. The contract resulted from a meeting of the parties in May of 1969. It is undisputed that Emmord's was to pay Obermiller $10.00 per hour for his services. At the trial, defendant argued that the agreement limited the amount charged by plaintiff to $300.00 per month.
