Appellant's vessel CORAL KING allegedly sustained damage at sea on September 11, 1971, when a connecting rod bearing seized, causing extensive damage to be done to the engine and its components. On August 25, 1972 appellant commenced an action in federal district court, claiming that its loss, less a deductible, was covered under the terms of a marine insurance policy issued by appellee.
