This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Tazewell County finding defendant Conley Winters guilty of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) pursuant to which he was sentenced to the penitentiary for an indeterminate term of not less than 1 1/2 years nor more than 5 years.
