COHEN, Senior District Judge:

Plaintiff, Jennie F. Fuqua, a former employee of the Defense Supply Agency, Department of Defense, brought this action alleging that defendant committed acts of discrimination based on sex. The cause of action is alleged to arise under 5 U.S.C. § 7151, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16(a), and 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16(c).
