GREEN, Commissioner.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for possession of narcotic paraphernalia. Punishment, assessed at appellant's request under the provisions of Subsection (c), Sec. 6.01, of the Texas Controlled Substances Act, is sixty days in jail and a fine of two hundred dollars.

In two grounds of error, appellant contends that his conviction is void since the indictment is fatally defective...
