This matter is before the court upon the appeal of Thomas William Sipes from an order of the Secretary of Transportation suspending his operating privileges for six months for a violation of section 624(6) of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P.L. 58, as amended, 75 P.S. §624, pursuant to section 618(b)(2).
