These appeals involve a judgment in one case and an order dismissing a complaint in another, which were consolidated for the purpose of appeal. Case No. 4471 involves a proceeding and judgment on the bond which had been filed to secure a temporary restraining order in a case which has heretofore been the subject of an appeal in this court, Weber v.
