Lutheran Good Samaritan Society, a non-profit corporation, engaged in providing nursing home services in McAllen, Texas, brought this suit to enjoin the City of McAllen and the McAllen Independent School District from levying and collecting real and personal property taxes for the year 1972 and thereafter.
