Appellants, father and son, brought an action to recover damages for the personal injury suffered by the son, Glen Michael Gordon, in a collision between his motorcycle and a delivery van driven by respondent Jerry Hurtado, an employee of respondent Recrion Corporation, dba Fremont Hotel.
