This is a suit by appellant, Don's Ambulance Service, Inc., plaintiff below, against appellee, San Antonio Fair, Inc., to recover damages for breach of contract allegedly performed by it and breached by appellee. The jury, in answer to the only two issues submitted, found that appellant made an offer to furnish ambulance service to appellee and that appellee accepted such offer. Both sides moved for judgment.
