OPINION

PER CURIAM:

On April 15, 1970, Louis Sodaro opened Savings Account No. 16245 at one of the branch banks of the First National Bank of Nevada in Las Vegas. Subsequent to that date and prior of his death on September 24, 1973, Louis indicated to his brother, Vito, and others that upon his death he desired to have the funds from this savings account transferred to Vito for the purpose of providing care for their invalid mother.
