GILLESPIE, Chief Justice:

In this eminent domain case filed by the Board of Supervisors and tried in the Circuit Court of Clarke County, the jury awarded Troy Daniels, the landowner, $750. Landowner appealed.

The property condemned for highway purposes is a strip about 8 feet by 105 feet off of a lot measuring 210 feet by 105 feet, fronting 105 feet on a public road just outside the Town of Shubuta, Mississippi. Situated on the lot is a store building constructed...
