"The Grand Jury of said County charge that before the finding of this indictment ROBERT PITTS, ALIAS ROBERT PITTS, whose true christian name is otherwise unknown to the Grand Jury, on or about the 13th day of December, 1974, and subsequent to the effective date of the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances...
