PER CURIAM.
At the end of the plaintiff's case, the court entered a final judgment based on a directed verdict. Plaintiff has appealed. A review of the record demonstrates that a jury verdict for the plaintiff based upon the evidence submitted would not have been lawful. Therefore, the final judgment is affirmed. See Fields v.
