BUSSEY, Judge:

Appellant Timothy Charles Prock, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-73-1876, for the offense of Carrying Firearms, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in violation of 21 O.S. 1971, § 1283. His punishment was fixed at a term of five (5) years' imprisonment. From said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal...
