TONGUE, Justice.

This is an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when, according to his complaint, defendants' hydraulic jack either "slipped" or was "released" by defendants' employee, causing plaintiff's truck to fall on him while he was replacing a spare tire under the rear of the truck. The case was tried before a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $18,500. Defendants appeal from the resulting judgment...
