Plaintiffs and defendants are owners of adjoining plots of land on Lake Iroquois in the Town of Hinesburg. The plaintiffs, the Lewises, own three lots upon which is located a camp. The defendants, the Pickerings, own one parcel of land which is easterly of and abuts the easterly line of the plaintiffs' property.
