By pleading captioned "Post Conviction Motion for Resentencing," defendant, pro se, seeks review of his sentence for aggravated robbery. The basis for the "motion" is that the sentence imposed upon defendant under prior law exceeds the maximum sentence now authorized by the Colorado Criminal Code. The People request that the "motion" be dismissed.
