TONGUE, Justice.

This is a suit for an accounting upon the dissolution of a partnership. The principal issue is whether plaintiff is entitled to share as a partner in profits from the sale of an apartment complex in Beaverton built on land purchased by defendant in his individual name and financed by his funds. Defendant appeals from an adverse decree. We affirm.
