MASSEY, Chief Justice.

Suit was for enforcement of child support agreement proper to be considered as having been made part of a divorce judgment rendered in Germany.

The record proof was transferred from the foreign jurisdiction and made a part of the pleadings of Inge Uhl, the mother and custodian of the parties' minor child. It was sufficient to vest jurisdiction in the Texas trial court. Included was the proof that while they were married...
