Smith appeals from a judgment of conviction of robbery with a consequent sentence of ten years imprisonment.

One Bibby (sometimes called "Paul" and sometimes "Douglas") robbed a clerk in Price's Drug Store in Pinson of $146.00 and also took some demerol and dilaudid from one of the pharmacists. A deputy sheriff chased and caught the getaway car which was being driven by Smith, the appellant.
