PER CURIAM.

This is an action for money had and received in which plaintiff seeks to recover rent paid by third persons to defendant, G. F. Lohman, who owned the land on which plaintiff's building was located. At the conclusion of plaintiff's case, the court directed a verdict in favor of defendant on the grounds that plaintiff failed to prove that any rentals were received; that plaintiff abandoned his building; and that he was guilty of laches. We reverse and remand...
