DIXON, Justice.

Defendant, Paul E. Lepkowski, was arrested February 18, 1974 and found guilty by a jury of attempted armed robbery on October 14, 1974; he was subsequently sentenced to five years at hard labor.

Before us defendant urges two errors to which he objected at the trial. However, defendant neither perfected bills of exceptions nor assignments of errors. Consequently, there is nothing before us for review except errors discoverable by inspection...
