Plaintiffs, Manny Cab Company and Dave Silverman, appeal from an order of the circuit court which granted defendants' petition, pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Practice Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 110, par. 72), to vacate a default judgment, and denied plaintiffs' motion to strike the same. The rather unusual facts which give rise to this appeal, so far as can be discerned...
