This is an appeal from an order of the Dakota County District Court denying a motion by defendant, Midland Cooperative Inc., for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial, and from the judgment entered in favor of plaintiff. In an action for money damages based upon the alleged negligence of defendant in the delivery of fuel oil to plaintiff, Robert C. Larson, the jury found that plaintiff was not negligent, and that the negligence of defendant...
