OPINION

We granted certiorari in this case to examine so much of the record as touches upon the petitioner's complaint that the incourt identification made by the prosecutrix was tainted by suggestive practices of the Knoxville Police Department prior to a lineup identification.

The Court of Criminal Appeals upheld the action of the trial judge in holding that the identification was not so tainted.
