Defendant was convicted of sale of a narcotic drug "with intent to induce and aid another to unlawfully use and possess" the drug, a violation of 1971 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 48-5-20.1 On this appeal, the defendant maintains that the trial court erred in denying his pretrial motion for disclosure of an unidentified informant who was an ear and eyewitness to the transaction.
