DIXON, Justice.

On July 20, 1974 Walter L. Houston inflicted upon Melvin Richardson four gunshot wounds, thereby killing him. Ten days later, July 30, 1974, an information was filed charging defendant with second degree murder, R.S. 14:30.1. From a conviction by a unanimous jury, defendant appeals, raising seven Assignments of Errors.
