This civil rights action alleging violations of the equal rights provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 1981 is brought by a number of black persons who were employed by Defendant Lee Way as over-the-road truck drivers. Plaintiffs are members of Defendant Local 886 which entered into a Collective Bargaining Agreement with Defendant Lee Way.
