The primary issue confronting us on this appeal is whether the trial judge erred in refusing to give a requested instruction on comparative negligence. This case arose from a two-car collision which occurred in the City of Fairbanks at the intersection of Peger Road and Airport Access Road (hereinafter Access Road) on July 14, 1970.
