On July 19, 1973 the appellant, Susan E. Reben, filed a petition for change of name in the Probate Court of Cumberland Connty. A hearing was held on September 12, 1973 before the Judge of Probate. That Judge issued his decree on October 16, 1973 denying the relief sought in the petition.
