This is an appeal from a judgment entry of the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County, Domestic Relations Division, in which the Court held that it did not have authority to modify its journal entry of divorce which awarded permanent alimony to the defendant-appellee pursuant to an agreement entered into by the parties.
