McCOWN, Justice.

The defendant was charged with first degree murder and pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of second degree murder. The conviction was affirmed by this court but remanded for resentencing. The District Court resentenced the defendant to life imprisonment and the case is once more here on appeal from that sentence. The only question involved in this appeal is whether the sentence is excessive.
