Kenneth L. Green, the appellant, was adjudged guilty in a non-jury trial of murder in the second degree and of carrying a firearm on a public street. Motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment were denied and appellant was sentenced to a term of one to ten years imprisonment for murder; sentence on the firearms violation was suspended.
