This is a suit for damages and personal injuries arising out of a collision between two automobiles at the intersection of St. Claude Avenue and Alvar Street in New Orleans. There is no dispute as to the facts of the accident, and it is simply sufficient to note that the vehicle owned by the defendant, Lidell Engram and driven by Larry Engram ran into the plaintiff's vehicle due to the negligence of Larry Engram. A judgment was rendered against him...
