This action involves a constitutional challenge to the so-called "reciprocity rule" which governs admission to the Colorado bar of attorneys already licensed to practice law in other jurisdictions. Plaintiff Thomas Goldsmith is an attorney admitted to practice in Florida and California. He has established residence in the state of Colorado and has moved for admission to the Colorado bar as a "Class B" applicant...
