HARRIS, Judge.

The Grand Jury of Madison County returned three separate indictments against appellant: (1) grand larceny, (2) burglary in the second degree, and (3) buying, receiving and concealing stolen property. Upon being arraigned on the first indictment, represented by a court-appointed lawyer, he pleaded not guilty. A trial was had and the jury returned a verdict of guilty. The court duly adjudged him guilty and he was sentenced to five years in the penitentiary...
