This action was commenced under article 15 of the Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law to compel the determination of claims to several parcels of real property purchased by plaintiff from the City of Saratoga Springs, New York (City). The defendant, which obtained title to this real property in 1964, failed to pay the real property taxes due to the City for the years 1964 through November, 1971.
