OPINION
HOWARD, Chief Judge.
Appellant was convicted by a jury of burglary and grand theft. The court sentenced him to serve a term of not less than three nor more than five years for the burglary count and not less than two nor more than five years for grand theft, to run concurrently with the burglary sentence.
