This appeal involves a question of whether it was improper for the trial court to impose three separate sentences against the appellant who was convicted of robberies of three victims, all of which occurred as part of one criminal episode. Appellant filed a 3.850 RCrP motion contending that two of the three sentences should be vacated. The trial court vacated one sentence and denied vacation of another.
