Ellis Eaton, Jr., a prisoner in custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections, appeals from an order of the District Court1 dismissing his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Eaton attacks the validity of convictions of burglary and stealing rendered upon a finding of guilt by jury in the Circuit Court of Platte County, Missouri, for which he was sentenced to two consecutive five-year terms of imprisonment....
