This case involves the Statute of Frauds as contained in Title 7A (Uniform Commercial Code), § 2-201, and Title 20, § 3, Code of Alabama 1940, as Recompiled 1958.

Defendant appeals from a verdict and judgment for plaintiff. Six assignments of error have been specified. We affirm.
