The United States brought this action on behalf of the Small Business Administration (SBA) to recover on a promissory note in default pursuant to certain guaranty agreements securing the note. The note was executed on August 10, 1966, to secure a loan in the amount of $45,000.00 made by SBA to C & S Sales, Inc. d/b/a Building Products Inc.
